At Procrastination, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to assist.

Our Return Policy

  • Time Limit: You have 4 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement.ย 

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Damaged Products: We only accept requests for replacements if the product is damaged during transit. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues. We do not provide returns if the customer is dissatisfied with the appearance of the product. If you still wish to receive a refund, you may send the product back manually, or we can arrange a pickup for you. Please note that delivery charges will apply in such cases and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • No Returns for Appearance: Please note that we do not accept returns if the customer is dissatisfied with the appearance of the item. We strive to provide detailed descriptions and images to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.

Exceptions

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. For returns, a shipping charge will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.
